Our Mission
Robotics in Oman is steadily gaining momentum, with increasing student participation in competitions such as the World Robot Olympiad and the VEX Robotics Competition, alongside wider exposure to STEM education. Participation in WRO alone has grown from around 30 teams to nearly 50 teams in recent years, while VEX competitions are expanding across multiple governorates.
However, despite this progress, many students lack clear guidance and support, making it difficult to progress beyond the basics or compete at a high level.
Learn from industry professionals with real-world experience.
Focused learning paths that help you achieve real goals.
The Oman Robotics Society is a student-led initiative working to make robotics more accessible and collaborative for students across Oman.
We provide a free, structured robotics curriculum, mentorship, and clear competition pathways—helping students move from initial interest to active participation in national and international competitions.
Step-by-step learning from fundamentals to advanced systems, with clear progression at every stage.
Guidance from experienced competitors and builders, helping students learn faster and avoid common mistakes.
Clear routes into competitions such as the World Robot Olympiad, VEX Robotics Competition and FIRST Robotics Championship.
Beyond these resources, the initiative aims to build a connected student ecosystem—where learners can explore robotics, share knowledge, and develop long-term interest.
By strengthening access and community, the Oman Robotics Society supports Oman Vision 2040 and the development of future engineers, innovators, and problem-solvers.
